Tammy did a refinance for us when she was just starting in the mortgage business and a mortgage for us when we purchased our current home. Even way back then I was so impressed by her knowledge and ability to help us understand the different products available to us and she has gotten better and smarter ever since! Tammy and her team were fantastic to work with in getting our mortgage set up. They are super organized and on top of things and kept the file moving along so that there were no delays. The rate hold feature they offer was a huge benefit as we were looking to buy during the run up of interest rates over the spring of 2022. Since we were able to hold the rate it saved us at least 1% over comparable fixed rates by the time we put an offer in. The whole process was smooth and they went above and beyond to get us a great mortgage at a great rate. We were doing everything from out of province and they made it really easy. My wife and I reached out to Tammy again this year in lieu of all the new wonderful mortgage rates brought on by the pandemic. Tammy was able to work with us and our lender to get out of our old mortgage and into one that will save us thousands at a lower rate! Tammy and her team never cease to amaze!
