Until late 2019, her career was primarily in the travel industry, spent in product development and marketing. In 2019, she started her own business, supporting entrepreneurs with back-office support, allowing them to focus on their business and clients.
Currently working with Tammy’s team since early in 2021, her 25+ years of experience in the travel industry is amazingly in line with that of the mortgage industry. The attention to detail required, regular follow-up, and the ability to work with multiple vendors (lenders), understanding each of their products, policies, terms, and conditions.
Belinda is here to fine-tune the client experience from pre-approval to possession date, answering all your questions.

UnderwriterRoxann Bridge brings over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry to our team.
From Okotoks, AB, Roxann’s career has spanned roles within the banking system, with lenders on both the traditional and alternative underwriting sides, as well as with high-volume brokerages.
Her extensive background gives her a deep understanding of the mortgage process from every angle.
Roxann and Tammy have been connected since 2006, when Roxann worked as a lender partner and underwriter for Tammy.
Over the years, they have built a strong professional relationship and always aspired to work directly together—a goal now realized with Roxann joining the team.
As a Client Experience Specialist and Underwriter, Roxann works closely with clients throughout their homebuying journey—from application and pre-approval to possession day and everything in between.
